ETi SSL's HB ECO round high bay Series combines a robust and durable die-cast design with excellent performance (17,651 to 29,756 Lumens packages available at up to 148 LPW). It is an ideal design solution with its universal round form factor for many new construction and retrofit commercial and industrial applications. Our products are engineered using the latest innovative LED technologies to provide the ideal mix of modern design, performance, world class quality and reliability. All at a great value to the designer, specifier, contractor and end-user. The HB Series is rated IP65 to minimize environmental impact from contaminants like dust and bugs to maximize photometric performance over the lifetime of the luminaire. Our extremely efficient optical system qualifies for DLC premium for great energy savings and can qualify for maximum energy rebate opportunities. 147 LPW provides 60+% in energy savings vs legacy HID, T5 and T8 luminaires All configurations are DLC premium qualified for max energy savings and rebates 80 plus CRI standard for true accurate color rendering and visual performance Reported L85/1,02,000, projected L70 at 1,28,000 hrs (per IES TM21) Weighing in at only 7 lbs allows for ease of handling and fixture installation Fixture ships with optional diffusing lens filter to improve visual glare (field installed) Die-cast design with pass-through convective heatsink maximizes life and performance IP65 rated luminaire minimizes environmental impact from contaminants EM battery backup options for safety and code compliance (CA Title 20 MAEDBS)

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
